Terms and Conditions

Exhibitors warrant that they will attend the International PROMOTA Show for Permitted Purposes only. Permitted Purposes shall exclude selling or canvassing any competing product or service to the International PROMOTA Show and or selling products or services of any non exhibitor.

Non exhibitors are strictly prohibited from Selling or Canvassing at the International PROMOTA Show.

PROMOTA UK Limited reserves its right to seek damages and loss of profit from exhibitors or non exhibitors for any breach of these conditions on an indemnity basis.

Videotaping and photography are not allowed on the Exhibit Hall floor or in the conference rooms without prior written approval of show management. Show management reserves the right to refuse entry
