Who can exhibit

Exhibitors are required to be fully paid up supplier members of PROMOTA prior to the exhibition.

Not a member? Not a problem - we can fast track your membership application if you meet any of the following criteria.

• Do you manufacture or import quality promotional merchandise?
• Have you negotiated an exclusivity to supply a particular product to the promotional market?
• Do you have a clear supply policy? This can include; only supplying through distributors, offering a two-tier price structure, or offering an exclusive product to the industry at one selling price. All we ask is that you make your supply policy clear to our members.
